Shipping and Delivery
Please note all online orders will be dispatched from our UK warehouse, estimated delivery dates are shown in checkout to assist you. We aim to dispatch your order the next working day after receiving it, or the same day when ordered before 9am. Items are sent via Royal Mail and are usually delivered Monday to Saturday, however they are rolling out Sunday delivery.
Dispatch of your order may occasionally be delayed due to the following;

Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked & Signed for – FREE
Royal Mail 24 hour Tracked & signed for - £6.00
Royal Mail Special Delivery arriving next day before 1.00pm - £9.95
If no one is available to sign for the order, Royal Mail will leave a calling card enabling you to arrange collection from the designated sorting office, or arrange a re-delivery.
UK RETURNS PAID (UK MAINLAND ONLY)
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item, they are only accepted when the item is returned to us in the same condition that we sent it in, including all packaging. Please follow the following instructions to ensure that the item gets back to us and you are refunded promptly.
Include something in the package we can use to identify you, whether it be our returns slips, or a note with your order number. Without this we are unable to refund you.
DO NOT fix the shipping label directly on any shoe boxes, please but the box within a mailing bag, or a well taped shopping bag/unused bin bag.
We strongly advise against using Hermes/Evri as parcels often go missing or get damaged, we recommend using a Royal Mail tracked service.
Please note that our warehouse is open Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays, as such we can only accept return parcels on those days.
Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the parcel arriving with us.
