We aim to dispatch your order the next working day after receiving it. Items are sent via Royal Mail and are usually delivered Monday to Saturday. Dispatch of your order may occasionally be delayed due to the following;
Busy periods such as Sale periods, Product Launches, Christmas / Holiday periods. Due to increased volumes of orders, our processing & dispatch times will increase from 2/3 working days to 5/7 working days.
If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will do our best to source a replacement where possible or notify you of a suitable alternative

If no one is available to sign for the order, Royal Mail will leave a calling card enabling you to arrange collection from the designated sorting office.
UK RETURNS PAID (UK MAINLAND ONLY)
You can return your purchase to us at no extra cost to you providing the goods are returned unmarked and in their original packaging and we receive them no later than 30 days after the original purchase date. Simply put the pre-paid label on the parcel and take it to the post office.
Please note, the returns label is only valid for the order it was originally sent with. It is non-transferable.
