Shipping and Delivery

PROCESSING TIMES

Please note all online orders will be dispatched from our UK warehouse, estimated delivery dates are shown in checkout to assist you. We aim to dispatch your order the next working day after receiving it. Items are sent via Royal Mail and are usually delivered Monday to Saturday.
Dispatch of your order may occasionally be delayed due to the following;

  • Busy periods such as Sale periods, Product Launches, Christmas / Holiday periods. Due to increased volumes of orders, our processing & dispatch times will increase from 2/3 working days to 5/7 working days.

  • If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will do our best to source a replacement where possible or notify you of a suitable alternative

  • If we suspect fraud or foul play, we may place your order on hold and contact you for further details

Royal Mail 24 hour Tracked & signed for - £6.00

Royal Mail Special Delivery arriving next day before 1.00pm - £9.95

If no one is available to sign for the order, Royal Mail will leave a calling card enabling you to arrange collection from the designated sorting office.

UK RETURNS PAID (UK MAINLAND ONLY)

You can return your purchase to us at no extra cost to you providing the goods are returned unmarked and in their original packaging and we receive them no later than 30 days after the original purchase date. Simply put the pre-paid label on the parcel and take it to the post office.

Please note, the returns label is only valid for the order it was originally sent with. It is non-transferable.

European and international delivery is priced per order, you can order as many products as you like all for the same flat rate postage.  We deliver to the following select destinations:

Dispatches outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail and their affiliated couriers using the GLS network. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Returns paid is not available to any destination outside the mainland UK

CUSTOMS CHARGES

You may be liable to pay import duties (applies to countries outside the European Union). Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.


GUARANTEED DELIVERY

Please note, delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed. We will endeavour to get your items delivered within the timescales quoted.

Delivery times are quoted in working days - which are Monday to Friday excluding public and bank holidays.

RETURNS

EASY 30-DAY RETURNS

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us in their original packaging with the original proof of purchase, using the returns form included within your parcel. You can return your goods up to 30 days after purchase. 

Items delivered outside of the UK must be returned to us at your own cost.

Please note: The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods in event of loss or damage, use of our free returns service does not pass responsibility for loss or damage in transit to us.

The free returns service can take up to 5 working days to arrive at our returns department, this can be tracked by using the tacking number provided with your returns label and visiting , https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/  your request will be processed within 10 working days and you will be contacted by the team.

If you are returning goods to us from outside of the UK, please indicate on any customs form that the goods are 'returned items of UK origin' with a minimum customs value.  Failure to do so may result in your return parcel being held by UK customs and may be returned to you, or a fee may be charged for customs clearance or brokerage.

Any fees charged directly to us by your return parcel courier (clearance/handling/VAT/tax/customs/duty) may be deducted from your refund.  Please note FedEx services usually charge a £21 handling fee to receive an international shipment - this will be deducted from your refund. We do not recommend using FedEx to return parcels back to us.

CANCELLATION

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt.

EXCHANGES

To exchange your goods, please order your replacement pair on our website and send your original items back for a refund. 

 

We are unable to exchange items sent back to our warehouse.
